D. Hello Tim, this is Deb T., again, formerly of #### Lexington Village Lane. I would really like to have the telephone number of the biggest, highest Head Honcho that you can give me or at where you work... now this is not a complaint call, it's not the run of the mill, "gee, you are nice guys". Over the years that I have had the pleasure to do business with y'all, you are one of the, if not the, company that could set the tone for Corporate America, small and large business people...You're true to your word when you say you're going to call back, your representatives are great, the people that come out and do whatever are great and I know that you really try, every one of you guys try to do a good job and you succeed, and, the man who runs or the woman who runs this company needs to really know that you guys are knocking yourselves out. It's very rare that you find a company that is as all together in every respect as you guys are, and I really just feel that it would be the right and decent thing to let the top man know that he's got a company that is made terrific by his good employees and contractors. My number is 719 550-#### and yes, if I go to buy a neither home, which I'm not planning to be in a apartment forever, you guys will be the company I call, to warranty my next home. Working full time and having a limited knowledge of maintenance problems and how to fix things, I am especially grateful that I have my Blue Ribbon Warranty. your service. With every call no matter how urgent (in my mind) or
not, Tim is always there for me. His knowledge of household problems
is just Great! He has walked me thru any problems, calmed my nerves
and just generally is a very nice person.
I will no doubt re-new my contract with Blue Ribbon just for the
service that I have been receiving. Patte T. I just got a very nice call from a long term customer. Her name is Debra T. and she’s been with us since 2002. She called to let us know how much she appreciates our customer service. Her experience with us has always been exceptional. She appreciates the fact that we are sincere and human when dealing with our customers. She says that when she deals with most companies their reps sound as though they are following a script and that is irritating. She also mentioned the fact that our hold message isn’t a sales pitch. She doesn’t feel like we are trying to talk her into service that she doesn’t need every time she calls. She asked me to pass these comments onto the “powers that be”. Jackie S. During the negotiations of our house purchase, I insisted that the seller buy your product instead of the competition's. That being said, I never expected to receive the impressive service that I did. On both of the unfortunate occasions that we had to call on you, your service was prompt, fair, and courteous. The vendors and service bureaus you contract are equally glowing. It seems the norm these days, is that organizations can get "tight pockets" at pay-up time. Not the case with Blue Ribbon. I never once encountered a roadblock or felt pushed around. I especially want to credit Jackie for her exemplary service over the telephone. Her demeanor was simply lovely. She was compassionate and fair and never once disputed our needs. I feel like I have a friend in Jackie. Please express, to her, my gratitude. Sean L. Dear Sir - On approximately December 1, 2006, we were in dire straits for heat. I have a mom with Alzheimer's, a son with mild autism and an elderly father. John your GM went above and beyond his duties and got us help right away and kept following up with calls to make sure we were ok. Please see that he is commended for a job well done! Respectfully, Joan C "I would like to commend one of your employees, Angela W. I have your Blue Ribbon Home Warranty on my home. I was out of town and a friend was house sitting. My furnace went completely out. My friend called your office and spoke with Angela, explaining the situation. Angela immediately dispatched one of your contractors who arrived within the hour and repaired my heating unit. Angela professionally handled what could have been a tragedy. Being out of town and having my cat and parrot in an unheated home could have been fatal for one or both of them. I want to thank Angela for her outstanding customer service and genuine concern in getting heating service to my residence in a prompt and efficient manner. The cost of the warranty is a small price to pay and a great peace of mind for everyone involved."

It's taken me a while to get this letter to you, but I could not forget how much I wanted to comment to you on the excellent customer service I received from Hilary. I am new to Colorado as a whole, but the move here from California enabled me to buy my first ever home. Having never been a stranger in a strange land when it came to get help for repairs, but Hilary not only walked me through the process, she even took the extra time to make sure everything was okay afterward. Moreover, as often happens, I did not hear from the repairman right away and so I naturally called Hilary again for my status. With every call, she remained calm, friendly, professional and helpful. While my own anxiety to effectuate repairs did not rise to the level of screaming my frustration at the person on the other end of the phone, I realize the potential for such incidents in here profession are always there, yet there was never a hint of exasperation in her voice when she addressed me and my concerns. Everything is a big problem when you don't know anybody in town, but Hilary and Blue Ribbon took my BIG problems and reduced them to a mouthful of gratitude from me. Rossana P.
