Single Family Homes,
Condominiums, Townhomes, Manufactured Homes, Mobile Homes,
Duplex, Triplex, Septic/Dry Refuse Tank: (for domestic use only). We will clear main line stoppages that can be cleared through an existing access. If the stoppage is due to septic backup we will pump the septic tank once during the contract term. Excluded: Broken or collapsed sewer lines, roots, stoppages that prevent the effective use of any sewer machine cable, cost of finding or gaining access to septic tanks, cost of sewer line hookups, disposal of waste, chemical treatment of the septic tank and/or sewer lines, tanks or leach lines, cesspool, any mechanical pump or systems, and excavation. Note: If you have any duplicate systems, and/or additional items and/or want plan upgrades, you'll need to add them to the silver or gold plan, or chose our platinum plan which includes plan upgrades and three (3) additional items, (excluded hot tub/spa and pool).
