Since 1985, Blue Ribbon Home Warranty, Inc. has been the only locally owned and operated home warranty company in the state of Colorado, covering only properties within the state.  We founded the home warranty industry in Denver, Colorado twenty five years ago and we were the first in the world to cover roof leaks, have custom plans, as well as the only home warranty company to offer a complimentary pre-inspection for property sellers and/or home owners. We we take pride in our customer service and were the top rated home warranty company in customer service in 2008 and 2009.

Blue Ribbon gives fourteen (14) months of protection for the same price others charge for 12 months - that's two extra months free. We continue to be a leader and innovator in terms of quality customer service, knowledge in the industry and a staff of knowledgeable people to help serve you. We set standards and our warranty plans are the best defense against costly service repairs and/or replacement of your mechanical systems, appliances and more*.  After you enroll, we'll be there when you need us. Our warranty plan holders are really buying a promise from us - that we'll be here to send a service contractor out as soon as possible, pay the bill for covered repairs and/or replacements, and to ensure the highest quality of service is always achieved. Our coverage is offered for existing properties regardless of the age of the home's mechanical systems and appliances.

* Please read our sample contract that applies to you or call us for specific coverage, exclusions, limitations and terms.  Coverage is for your home's mechanical systems and appliances that are in good working order at the start of the contract period (i.e. pre-existing conditions are not covered).  There is a low trade service fee for each visit by a service technician and additional charges may apply for certain repairs and/or replacements.
