Pre-Inspection on your home's mechanical systems & appliances -----> (For Sellers & Homeowners only!)  Please read the pre-inspection information below,

1.) Pre-Inspection for Sellers, For Sale By Owners or the Listing Agent (click here for details):  Our pre-inspection is provided at the beginning of the listing period
only.  A $75 fee will be charged for listings in which the warranty (up to six months of coverage for the sellers) is not purchased.  If the property is under contract,
please uncheck the complimentary inspection box above.  If the weather prevents inspection of certain item(s), i.e.: air conditioner, roof, etc., the item(s) can be
inspected at a later date when the weather permits for an additional fee.

2.) Pre-Inspection for Homeowners, Rental Properties and Property Managers (click here for details):  Our pre-inspection is provided to homeowners who are (not
selling, moving or relocating), and to rental property owners.  A $75 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to the cost of the plan upon purchase.
Homeowners who do not fall under this category please un-check the inspection box above.  If the weather prevents inspection of certain item(s), i.e.: air conditioner,
roof, etc., the item(s) can be inspected at a later date when the weather permits for an additional fee.

3.) Inspection for Buyers, Investors, Buyers' Agent, Dual and/or Transaction Agent (click here for details):  Please un-check the box above.  Our pre-inspection is not
offered.  However, please supply us a current copy of your full inspection report showing that everything is in good working order at the time of purchase. If an
