1.) Pre-Listing Inspection for Sellers, For Sale by Owners and/or the Listing Agent (click for details): Our pre-listing inspection is provided at the beginning of the
listing period only, and not for under contract or getting ready to close properties. A $75 fee will be charged for listings in which the pre-inspection was completed and
warranty coverage and is not purchased. If the property is under contract or getting ready to close please uncheck the complimentary inspection box above.

2.) Pre-Inspection for Homeowners, Rental Properties and/or Property Managers (click for details): Our pre-inspection is provided to homeowners who are not selling
and for rental property owners. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required and will be subtracted from the total cost of upon purchase. Homeowners who do not fall under
this category please un-check the inspection box above.

3.) Buyers (un-check the box above) for under contact and/or getting ready to close properties. Our pre-inspection is not offered to buyers, investors, under contract or
getting ready to close on the property. However, please supply us a current copy of your full inspection report showing that everything is in good working order at the
time of purchase and/or closing
